Vaughan Sealcoating and Paving is a second-generation, full-service asphalt company proudly serving Northern New Jersey. Our family’s journey in the asphalt industry began in the late 1960s when our father, Dennie Vaughan, started his first asphalt company.

With a strong work ethic and deep knowledge of the industry, Dennie quickly became the trusted name for asphalt installation, maintenance, and repair throughout the area. Customers relied on his dedication to quality workmanship and honest service. In 1996, Dennie was diagnosed with a rare muscular disease, and after a courageous battle, he sadly passed away in 2001.

However, the Vaughan family legacy did not end there.

Dennie’s three sons grew up working alongside their father from a young age, learning the value of hard work, craftsmanship, and customer service. Determined to carry on the family name and the standards their father built, they continued serving the community with the same pride and commitment to quality.

In 2004, Jason graduated high school and enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. He proudly served two combat tours in Iraq before being honorably discharged in 2008. During that time, brothers Brian and Jesse continued working in the asphalt maintenance industry, specializing in sealcoating and pavement preservation while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field.

After Jason returned home from the Marines, the brothers were motivated to grow the business even further. What started as a small asphalt maintenance operation steadily expanded into a full-service asphalt paving company. One truck and one piece of equipment at a time, they invested in the tools and technology needed to deliver the highest quality asphalt paving, sealcoating, and maintenance services to their customers.

Through determination, hard work, and pride in their craft, Vaughan Sealcoating and Paving has become one of the most trusted asphalt companies in Northern New Jersey.

In 2015 the three saved enough money to buy the equipment they had dreamt about for years. The three made the move and Vaughan Sealcoating and Paving LLC. was established! Vaughan Sealcoating and Paving LLC offers sealcoating and paving for commercial and residential properties throughout Northern New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Over the past 6 years the name Vaughan has become synonymous with quality, integrity and personal service. There is a Vaughan brother at every job to oversee the work and communicate with the customer. The company is fully insured and uses state-of-the art equipment and the best sealcoating products in the industry to guarantee complete satisfaction, every time.
